Vertical Molding: Enhancing Productivity and Efficiency

Equipped with a 220-ton vertical molding machine featuring a rotary table, Design Molded Plastics excels in designing tooling and refining manufacturing procedures for over-molded parts. The rotary platen bottom half enhances productivity in over-molded applications, allowing for seamless loading and unloading of finished goods and work-in-progress parts. Our vertical molding capabilities optimize efficiency and throughput, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our valued customers.
